• Dr. E. Kamalanaban, Principal, Vel Tech High Tech, Welcomed the BoS Committee Members and introduced the Subject Experts, Industrial Expert and Meritorious Alumni in the meeting.
• The meeting was then taken forwarded by Dr. V. R. Ravi, Dean Academics, who delivered the institutional profile and invited the BoS Chairman, Dr.S.Durga Devi, Head – Department of CSE  to propose the CSE Curriculum and syllabi to Experts.
• The CSE BoS Chairman and Head, Department of CSE -
  Dr. S. Durga Devi, proposed the CSE curriculum R2021 in detail for the Experts’ suggestion.
• On completion, the experts appreciated the proposed curriculum and approved the Syllabus of I,II Semester and III Semester Subjects offered by Department of CSE with minor corrections.

• The Proposed curriculum is  very meticulously and the courses are  properly placed.
• Zero credit paper- Constitution of India  ,whether  the paper is compulsory or not.
• Include Data Science Laboratory instead of cloud computing Laboratory and offer Hands-on sessions  in R programming for the students
• DBMS in Semester III is too early need to place in higher semester.

• Include Data Science Laboratory in curriculum which will be useful for doing students projects.
• To offer Value added course or certification course as a prerequisite for DBMS in Semester III otherwise shift to Semester IV.

• Rather than having fixed problem in Python Lab programming ,suggested to give indicative problems.
• Modify the objective for trees and graphs and Include collision Avoidance topic  in  Data Structure course
• Include Remote method invocation (RMI) in OOPS Laboratory
• Include Gaming Technology instead of Nano technology  in professional elective.

• The proposed Python syllabus is appropriate and the same was appreciated
• To include additional exercises in Data Structure Laboratory course  for creamy layer students
• For JDBC Backend suggested to use Ms access database instead of Mysql database.
