COMMUNICATON SKILL DEVELOPMENT:

              Critical observation by different corporate sectors claims  that most of the aspirants lack specific skills that are required to fill up the vacant position in their organization. The employability enhancement program works on these areas to brighten-up the student’s future. Communication plays the most vital role in the employability enhancement process. Employers are looking for candidates who can represent themselves professionally through verbal and non-verbal communication.

Communication is imperative in enhancing the employability. There are several reasons why communication is imperative in enhancing the employability.              ability of effective interactions etc. The important highlights of our CSD activity are as follows:

  • Each faculty will train 15-20 students.
  • Well developed communication skills enable the students to unleash and develop their imagination.
  • The communication and personality development modules enhance effective communication.
  • Benefits the students during Group discussion and HR interview sessions of campus interviews.
  • Helps to overcome stage fear and helps in overall personality development.
  • Gains knowledge on various etiquettes to be followed during interviews.

CODING  SKILLS:

Coding skills are becoming increasingly important for students, regardless of their career aspirations. Here are some reasons Why :

  • High demand in the job market: As the world becomes more digital there is an increasing demands for individuals who have coding skills. Many industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and entertainment, are hiring individuals with coding skills to fill a variety of roles.
  • Critical thinking and Problem Solving: Learning to code requires students to think critically and solve problems. This type of thinking is beneficial in many areas life, not just coding, it can help students become better problem solvers in their personal and professional lives.
