About Training and Placement

The Department of Training and Placement, consisting of a team of 10 dedicated trainers is a specialized department that facilitates the placement of students into jobs, internships cum placements upon successful completion of their graduation. The department is responsible for maintaining collaborating with companies and organizations, organizing recruitment drives, coordinating with various departments within the institution to provide training and career development opportunities for students, and ensuring that students have access to resources and support to help them succeed in their chosen careers.

The ultimate goal of the Department of Training and Placement is to ensure that students have access to a range of career opportunities and are well-prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation.

Internal training programs in college play a vital role in preparing students for successful careers. These programs are specifically designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry expectations, equipping students with practical skills, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world challenges, making them more employable and industry-ready.
